- Description: Facebook GMS Summit is an annual internal strategic event sponsored by the sales and marketing organization. My role as the E.P. was to lead the agency production and operations team responsible for the successful planning and execution of this four day conference hosted at Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel. The program included hosting an international audience over several days of programed content, an offsite party with musical performance by Bastille at the SF Masonic Auditorium and the management of sleeping room blocks in four satellite hotels. I was one of four team leaders within the agency including accounts, creative, production and digital teams. The production team was solely accountable for successful project, budget and partner management. We delivered inclusive and creative solutions in the categories of space planning, exhibits, technology, logistics, staffing, entertainment and food and beverage. Exhibits were fabricated by John Murray Productions. Main stage keynotes were produced by TenCue.
