Description: Immersive Design Summit 2019 hosted twice and many people as it’s 2018 inaugural year and extended from one day of programing to two.
This annual tightly curated conference brings together a cross-section of the leading creators in immersive arts and technology—from theater to theme parks, escape rooms to mixed reality and beyond— to share insights, forge new friendships, and inspire new projects. The dynamic mix of attendees and speakers represent some of the biggest names in immersive entertainment, and the innovators who will shape the future of immersive design, and define the terms that outline its constantly evolving boundaries.
I worked as a consultant for several months leading up to the event. I supported a three person steering committee to deliver a seamless and compelling experience for this remarkable community of makers. I managed the budget, venue relations, food and beverage, audio/video and other production and operational elements.
